I am still unable to install the latest VI Software update as the installer quits. I've restarted, I've reinserted the key, I've gone to the License Control Center and rescanned everything, and it still quits.
Any advice appreciated. I have not had this problem in any previous update of the software. I have also re-downloaded the installer twice to make sure nothing was corrupted in the download.
It is absolutely ridiculous to have to go through this over this bug ridden Syncrosoft software. VSL should step up for their user base and tell this company to get it together or go to iLOK. We just don't have time for this, especially after this hefty of an investment in VI. I have not seen more problematic software in years.
