  • Extended Library Activation Codes - Not Received?

    Dear VSL Team,

    I ordered the early bird full library via Best Service. Yet I only received the first half Standard Library. I can't find any pdf file with the activation codes for the extended library.

    On the other hand, I also noticed that my credit card had only been charged less than half of the price. Does this mean that there might have been something wrong with my order?

    according to our records you've ordered the Symphonic Cube Standard Library. best service charged 50% of the price of the Standard Library (and deducted the VAT).

  • Hi Sabine... problem for me was when I ordered off your website, there was no option for choosing the extended version (if I recall correctly).

    When will we be able to purchase the extended license?

    best service is taking orders for the Extended Library already.
    Implementing the option in our webshop to order the Extended Library at individual prices turned out to be quite complex but hopefully it will work within the next days.

    That's strange. When I placed the order at Best Service, I have said very clearly that I was ordering the FULL library.

    If I go to Best Service website and place the order NOW, will I still have the early bird discount?

    there was no discount for the Symphonic Cube during the preorder period - the bonus of the early bird offer is the Vienna Konzerthaus Organ (which you also get when you've ordered the Standard Library).

  • Same here - when I ordered I made it clear I wanted the FULL library and yet I have only one serial number on each package. How/when do we get the serial numbers for the extended library?

    Sorry, I'm too confused here.

    Would you be so kind as to explain to me, in detail, what's the difference between the early bird orders and the later purchases?

    (FYI, I didn't get the organ library.)

    Should I provide you with proof that I did place an order of the FULL library (I have a copy of the e-mails between Best Service and myself), or should I just order the extended library now at Best Service, from doing which I won't miss any "early bird" benifit?

  • The Organ wont be released until a few months. People in the VSL record who ordered the Cube will get it.

    There was no other early bird offer.

    Right, before contacting Best Service I would double check if you have registered all your VSL products in our User Area (Horizons/First/Pro edition).
    Best Service is checking your VIP discounts for the Extended libraries based on your registration here.

    Can you send me a confirmation e-mail after you and Best Service finish checking my status? From the last e-mail they sent me, my VIP price for the full library should be a bit less than 4000 euro.

  • arys, just checked your registered products and your discounts ....
    symphonic cube full (standard & extended) = 9.200 € - discount for pro edition & chamber & solo & woodwind ens. = -4.690 € calculates to your price of 4.510 €
    i'd assume bestservice did charge your creditcard with 50% of the 3.900 for the standard libraries so far - an email to bestservice stating you'd like to receive the extended also should help to clear things up quickly, we will be happy to confirm everything.

    What should I do with Ilio here in the USA? I just spoke to them and they said I have to 'buy' the extended version on your website????

    Can you tell me the best and 'fastest' way to do this. Having this without extended material is not helping me keep up and running.

  • You have 300 "starts" in demo mode, so at least you could work until the pdf of the codes arrives from VSL.
