VSL VI is a VSTi, so all sequencers that are able to load VSTi should be able to load VSL VI (all these blasted initials). Therefore, if you use Cubase/Nuendo/Logic/DP/Sonar (to name a few) you should be OK, as long as it is a fairly recent version.
ProTools is not yet possible, except (maybe) with a VST bridge, and you have to blame DodgyDesign for this for making themselves incompatible with a fairly large portion of the audio/sequencer world [:D]
