    Hello,

    I just upgraded to the full version of Symphonic cube.

    However I am not sure what I did wrong but the extended samples are not being recognized from VI Pro Sibelius presets. The cells are orange and inactive.

    I also noticed that now there are two copies of each library under the \Vienna folder, for example

    01_OrchestralStrings-1

    AND

    VI Orchestral strings - iLok

    Perhaps I need to rescan the folder locations in VI pro? I couldnt locate where to do this.

    Any help appreciated!

    I must add that I did rescan the Directory manager, but that didnt seem to help.

    Hello Anand!

    This sounds like you have a mixture of eLicenser-protected and iLok-protected libraries and software installed. Please make sure that you only have the iLok-protected libraries and software installed. You can install the library content and the latest software with Vienna Assistant. If this doesn't help, please create a Vienna Assistant support file and send it to support@vsl.co.at. How to create a support file, is described here:

    thanks so much. I was able to get it working after uninstalling all the eLicenser software!
