I am trying to install the synchron CFX using the new Vienna Assistant. I am installing to an external ssd drive with ample space available. However, after downloading a significant amount of data the Assistant shows that there is not enough space- so stops. Then I have to start all over again and redownload everything from the beginning. Is it a known glitch??

[SOLVED] Vienna Assistant miscalculating drive space - crashes.

Hi,
Not a known glich... the forum would be flooded with complaints.
Please send us some screenshots of your settings and messages and some basic information about your system: support@vsl.co.at
We will take a look.
Best,
Paul

Thank you Paul, I have been in contact with Johannes from support already. However, I ended up getting it sorted by just deleting everything and starting over. I think a file may have been corrupted? So now the CFX is installed - now I just need to figure out how to convert my existing Bosendorfer and Steinway libraries....

Hi Carlspost,
Thanks for the update.
Other Synchron Pianos: Same procedure.
You can also delete your old eLicenser sample content conveniently, best AFTER successful download and installation of the iLok sample content.

Thank Paul,
However, despite having my eLicenser plugged in and being logged in with the Vienna Assistant, when I do a search and find my previously purchased libraries (ie Bosendorfer Imperial and Steinway D-274) there is only a link to "Open Shop" and the microphones all say there is no 'active license".....
