iLok: No content in new Synchron Player, after transtiion?

Hello,

I just began transitioning a few of my libraries to iLok, but don't see any content inside the new Synchron Player.  I didn't encounter any error messages during any of the installations, so not sure what could be happening here.

• Vienna Assistant 1.0.113
• Synchron Player 1.2.105
• MacOS 12.3
• I downloaded + installed 4 iLok libraries so far
• I can see them all in my library-install directory, next to the older eLicenser libs
• I rebooted and that didn't help
• Synchron Player was showing my old eLicenser libs before the upgrade to 1.2.105
• Synchron Player 1.2.105 has empty PRESET, PATCHES, and MIXERPRESETS areas

Hi @prademacher, it is likely that you haven't opened your iLok cloud session.

I think the Synchron Player does not show any warn users enough when the iLok session is not properly engaged (what a fool-proof feature!), which can be (hopefully) improved in later versions.

Maybe a stupid question, but did you activate the licenses in your iLok License Manager?

I've been a long-time iLok user, but never used Cloud licenses (all my licenses are on local machine).  The solution was to open iLok License Manager, then File->Open Cloud Session, and that worked without hassle.
