    Well that was a nasty shock. According to MyVSL, VI Pro and my Plus editions of SE Woodwinds vols 1 and 2 are not upgradable to iLok. Which means sooner or later these products I've bought and paid for - and integrated into my template are going to simply disappear, when eLicenser does.

    Extremely disappointing, and will mark the end of any new VSL purchases from me if it stands.

    Hi noiceboyuk, 

    Classic misunderstanding.

    VI Pro is available just like before, and as a free upgrade for all VI users on iLok. 

    You are being upgraded FOR FREE to the full versions of your Special Edition Volumes (we kept that kind of silent and I will make it more visible).

    A personal sidenote: Assuming the worst is not only unhealthy, it also makes sense to double-check your information.

    That is good news, thanks Paul - but all I was going on was the info you folks put on MyVSL. Maybe it would be a good idea to not terrify your customers first? Why not either simply put them as orange dots as - effectively - they are upgradeable? Anyway thanks for clarifying here promptly.

    I have a system that has SE 1 and 2 but not of them show up in Vienna Ensemble  I assume these players were updated for iLok and erased the legacy ones.

    They only thing that shows up is Epic Orchestra 1.0. .

    I can seem to load anything anything from Special Edition 1 or 2 in Vienna Instruments Pro.  I only see Presets, Matrix, and Patch for Epic Orchestra 1.  Am I doing something wrong?

     There are no presets.  I have cymbals and gongs, timpani on another system and presets are there.

    Well it appears these were still in the Cloud and I thought I transferred them to iLok.  Life can be confusing with 3 different machines and they all have different licenses.
