    With CUBASE  PRO 9.5 is working fine.

  • I am experiencing a blank UI with the synchron smart orchestra in Cubase 10 on my Windows 10 machine as well.

    I guess this is a problem that affects ALL synchron based instruments?

    Hi,

    Happy to report that we have just released a version for Vienna Ensemble PRO, Vienna Ensemble and Vienna Instruments, Vienna Suite and AND Synchron Player / Synchron Pianos, which fixes the issue.

    I have just updated all the software, but for some reasons, when I am trying to open Synchron (VST 2) Smart Orchestra in Cubase 10 ( WIn 64 Pro , 1803), it gets stuck and need to do an "end task" for closing Cubase . Does anyone experience this behavior?

    Thank you for your response. I tried restarting the computer but it's the same porblem. The Cubase just freezes when I insert Synchron player (VST2), VST3 works perfect. Maybe is something with my system ...I really cannot figure it out !

  • It appears that is only me that is having this issue. I will do a clean instal of everything and I am goinng to see how it works after.
