I am trying for the last couple of days to purchase Spedical Edicion Core bundle on VSL's website from the USA. Since VSL doesn't accept Amex - my preferred payment method, I am using my Visa card. I am following their website insturuction that says Visa card must be enrolled in "Verified by Visa" and I did that before making my purchase. I kept getting error message showing the transaction is declined by the payment organization. I contacted both Visa and Verified by Visa and they both says that according to their record, VSL never attempted to put thru the transactions. Am I the only ones who is having a problem purchasing their product using Visa issued in the US? I have a card with a Chip on it and it is enrolled in the Verified by Visa. I do not wish to use Paypal or WIRE transfer. I have tried contacting VSL's sales department and office, but I haven't heard back from them. Am I forced to purchase their products from the retailers in the USA?
