    Can anyone tell me what I need to do? I keep trying to

    buy the SE Brass 2 as a download and the transaction

    keeps failing. I know my credit card is good because I've used

    it for many other purchases. I notice that the price for the download

    is listed in Euros even though I've selected the USA as the region.

    Also, I've downloaded and installed the latest version of the elicenser and the download mgr.

    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
