  • URGENT HELP!!!

    I can't believe this happened, but I accidentally bought something from VSL on paypal, when I only wanted to see the price. It was the VSL Flute 1 for 65 Euros. I wasn't sure how much is was in USD, so I assumed that by going through the paypal process, but not clicking the usual "pay now" button that NORMALLY appears, I could see the price in USD without paying. I was seriously mistaken. I can't afford this purchase now, and I want to know if there's any way to get a refund. I don't want the VSL flute 1 now, but I have no idea how to take this purchase back, considering that i can already see a serial number. Normally, there's an actual Pay Now button, so I was confused. Can someone please help me? I promise, on my honor, that I will not use this code. I am a student at high school, and I would love the flute 1 someday, but not right now. Thank you; I hope someone can help me as soon as possible!

  •  VSL can see that the serial code has not been used, so as long as you don't use that code,  you should be OK for a refund.


  • Okay, thank you all. Yes, I contacted VSL and haven't touched any of the serial codes or downloads. Thank goodness that a refund is in order; I'd like the Flute 1 someday, but not at the moment. I'll be awaiting VSL's response.

  • I need to have the money in my account in the case of an emergency. Yes, the flute is good, but I don't think it would be wise to purchase it now. I may come back for it at a more appropriate time.
