Okay, thank you all. Yes, I contacted VSL and haven't touched any of the serial codes or downloads. Thank goodness that a refund is in order; I'd like the Flute 1 someday, but not at the moment. I'll be awaiting VSL's response.
I need to have the money in my account in the case of an emergency. Yes, the flute is good, but I don't think it would be wise to purchase it now. I may come back for it at a more appropriate time.
