    Hi im new on VSL and just got my Vienna special edition and extended library yesterday, i managed to install everything and the elicenser program but for some reason i don't have the certificate for the extended library so i can only use the standard instruments. I would be more than happy if I could get any help with this problem. Otherwise i am really satisfied with Vienna SE so far :)

    No I have not recieved anything like that. I have looked in spam, the bin, and in my normal email. Because it is supposed to come to my mail right? I have looked in other places aswell. Searched through the box i recieved and in the elicenser program. can't find anything

    look in you on the VSL site in "user area" if you have registered the extended lib
