    I'm having the same issue.  There is no epic orchestra license in my vienna key.

    Hi Tao Jones, 

    That's because you started with VE 3, the predecessor of VE PRO 4, in 2009, and Epic Orchestra did not exist back then.

    We have offered an upgrade period that added Epic Orchestra for a fee, I think when VE PRO 5 was introduced, but it seems like you did not take advantage of that offer.
