    I just bought DL Soprano Saxophone and when I try to use the Library installer I get this: "The following licenses are needed to install this package: DL Soprano Saxophone". 

    When I try to use the eLicenser Contro Center (version 6.0.2.7025) and enter the Activation Code  - which was copy pasted from VSLs email to me - the License begins to download, and when it's nearly finished I get this:"The activation code has been used already....", but I've not yet authorized it anywhere! 
    What should I do?

    Hello Robert,

    Sorry to hear about your troubles!

    Please click "Recover" in the eLicenser Control Center, this should automatically finish downloading your pending license.
