Tried VI support and office emails but got no reply hence this post.
I purchased SE VI DVD which was registered and activated on your site.
On the 26 Oct 2008 at my request the email address for my account was changed from [email removed] to [email removed].
I am not sure if this is a consequence of the email update but I now find that I have no VI SE registered and am unable to get access to updates:
I need to update the VI software as I have now upgraded to os x 10.5.7 and the version of VI I have which is over a year old keeps hanging.

If you can sort this problem out without me having to re-register/activate the software it would be great as there is a live activation code still on my key.

Please note I have sent already sent 3 emails to support, the 1st on 27Aud09 but unfortunately have had no reply
I would a appreciate a prompt resolution so I can continue using the software.
