    VSL - I wanted to purchase two VE3 lic's this morning and when I push 'buy' on the VE3 page I get 'error on page'.   Is everything OK?   My demo licences expire on Tuesday.

    BTW - it says I have two demo licence 'already dl' but I only have ONE 'demo' lic on one of my four farm units and none on the Main Daw - yet everything has worked as design for the last 30 days (across all PC's)

    -in any case - thanks for checking into this for me (being able to order and DL permanent lic's)

    Hello Rob,

    we've had a few cases lately where the credit card wouldn't be charged successfully in our webshop, but when charging it in our backoffice it worked perfectly - according to our payment provider this is due to restrictions for online transactions that some credit cards have.

    So what we can offer you as a quick solution is to process your order in our backoffice. You can email us your credit card details, for example in a password-protected PDF and the password in a second email, simply send these mails to sales@vsl.co.at with the details of your order.

    Paul - I cannot even get to the CC page.   Your webship will not allow me to even purchase (hit buy button and get error page)

    I think the BUY button of the VE3 shopsite is broken, we'll try to fix it as soon as possible.

    Hey Christian - the 'buy' button is now working but on the page after I submit CC information I get directed back to the 'basket' page with the red letters saying

    (-1) Please check your input.

    Logged out and tried a second time to no success.  Just used the card on line this morning so I know all is working there.   I really don't want to make a pdf of my card number and email it to you (even protected) - can you check into this.   I lose the lic demo tomorrow.

    I need two lic's.

    Hey Christian,

    Apparently there have been some 'international issues' of identiy fraud of late with my bank and this hold up is on their end (precaution).  Should be OK now - I'll go back on line to finish the transaction.

    I am trying to buy VE3 and I am as well getting the error where I get thrown back to the payment page with the (-1 something something error).  Is my only option sending in all of my CC information to you at the sales email address?

    cgernaey, i just checked the logs and the message is:

    paySysMessage=(34/30320) - The operation failed for financial reasons. (The system is not available. Please try again later.), message=Regrettably, this transaction cannot be processed at the moment. Please try again later., errorCode=30005

    i.e. either the server from your creditcard company or bank was not available for further proceeding.

     

    either this is related to the daytime (night) or your card is locked for this type of payment - please retry

    alternatively you could contact sales[at]vsl[dot]co[dot]at for a backoffice transaction

    Thanks for the quick response Christian.  I am just finishing up my install of my new 64-bit machine and will post results tomorrow (after I get some time to play with it).  I will just finish this last install of my library and go to bed, wake up and try again in the morning.

    Thanks! All is well now and I am up and running. You all were amazingly swift and pleasant to deal with. I bet I tripped a few of you up when I called you on the phone from the united states yelling "good morning" :). It's not the same as typing emails hehe.
