    This will make the third time, since receiving a VSL instrument, that as I go to enter the serial number, I'm told the first letter is not valid.

    It is a V. it is written 3 times on the inside of the box. I assure you, I am hitting the letter V.

    What I don't remember, is how I got passed this the other two times.

    Can someone please instruct me on how to proceed?

    Also, since I already have the Syncosoft license control center installed, how do I proceed to installing just the Appassionata VI and library content, without having to install the License control center again?

    Or please direct me to tech support.

    Hi Jaimo,

    could it be that you are mixing up this time the
    Vienna Key Registration page with the Vienna Instruments Registration page?

    yes, let me publicly say I'm an idiot. This will make the THIRD time that I have made that exact mistake... [:O]ops:

    I got in touch with the distributor here (Ilio), and they have walked me through it. So I am in the process of installing it now.
