    I'm trying to install Brass I and I get an error message from the installer:

    "Different version of installation program is needed to install this package"

    I can't find any updates to the installation program on the site, can someoen tell me where it is please?

    Hi again,

    the Vienna Instruments Library Installer is already included now in the Vienna Instruments Software Installer. I suggest to download and install the latest version of the Vienna Instruments Software:

    http://www.vsl.co.at/en-us/68/375/239.vsl

    Please make sure that your Vienna Key is connected to an USB port of your Mac, now download your licenses for Brass I +II to your Vienna Key.

    Before installing the content, please restart your computer. Then insert the 1st DVD, launch Library Installer and select the file <package.info> on the DVD. Choose a destination drive and start the installation.

    I have downloaded the update, I still get the same problem. All the instruments are registered and licences downloaded to the Vianna Key

    I think I need to return this product and ask for my money back. Can I do that?

    I have lost so much studio time (=money)

    This library just won't install properly.

    If you could sell it pre installed on a drive then that would be good, but there is something wrong when you pay thousands of pounds for something that just wastes your time trying to install.
