  • iLok MIR Pro 3D Licence Error

Hello I tried to install the demo of MIR Pro 3D, first of all Cubase 12 hangs and I get the following message:

Mir 3D Pro is activated in iLok.

    Any suggestions? Cheers Peter

  • Hi and welcome, Peter,

I made VSL's technical team aware of the issue. It's always a good idea to get in contact with support@vsl.co.at directly when facing problems like this. The forum is monitored constantly, but it's not a dedicated support channel.

    Kind regards,

    /Dietz - Vienna Symphonic Library
  • Peter, I've been asked to make sure that you're using the most recent version of the iLok Manager application. Thx!

    Engl.:

    Hello Dietz

Thanks for forwarding. Next time I will contact support directly. Maybe the issue is known or other users will find (or found) a workaround how to solve it.

I have already installed iLok twice, it is the latest version:

Interesting point: why the error shows the stripped version?

  • Hi Peter,

Of course it's fine to write us private messages in German, just like you can send German mails to VSL support. :-) But we decided to stick with English in our forums to let participate as many users as possible.

Back on topic: The problem you encounter is indeed a strange one. Like I wrote before - I've already made VSL's developers aware of the issue. Please get in contact with support, including a short reference to this thread and as many technical details as possible.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience!

    Best,

    /Dietz - Vienna Symphonic Library
