Hey I just upgraded to the full version of Steinway D-274 tonight. When I create a preset, it saves it under the User folder, but later if I change to a factory preset, then back to the one I just created it says "Cannot load (preset name)" I can close out and quit Synchron Pianos, then reload and the preset has dissapperaed from the User folder altogether! Anyone else had this problem, and is there a solution to fix it?
I'm using Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 and Synchron Pianos 1.1.1413
The standard version I was using before would save and load presets fine. When I upgraded to full, all the user presets were gone and it wouldn't save or load new ones, although they would show up in the user folder as being saved. I think the Piano is awesome!
