    does that include the 2 pianos I am thinking about buying?

    and I need to buy a Vienna Key.

    I live in the US. near Buffalo, NY.

    where would you recommend I buy the Vienna Key?

    from you or Sweetwater or Musicians Friend?

    I am asking because I wonder about if I buy it from your website, if it will take a long time to ship to get here.

    The return policy works for all our software and library products, if purchased on our website.

    If you are ordering a key in the US, you could check with our distributor ILIO directly.

    I got an eLicenser from Guitar Center,

    bought some vouchers, and bought the Bosendorfer from your website.

    I only played it for a couple minutes.

    I understand. I know I am keeping my Standard version Bosendorfer.

    does the Full version have different FX Presets (or are they the same as with the Standard version)?

    Hi chasmanian, 

    The FX Presets are made with the Standard Library only, you "only" get more microphones when adding the Full Library.

    Paul,

        would you please tell me:

    I have an eLicenser key.

    I have a desktop PC that I plugged the key into.

    I also have a laptop PC.

    I want to leave my eLicenser key plugged into my desktop, and not have to take the key out and plug it into the laptop and vice versa, every time I switch between working on the 2 computers.

    can I buy a Vienna key and use it with my laptop?

    (I will only use 1 computer at a time. I just do not want to have to keep moving the key between computers.)

    Hi, 

    I'm afraid 2 keys will only work if you have 2 sets of licenses. And it's much cheaper to simply move the key!

    Hello Paul, I can only find a "14 day withdrawal" option for VSL products. Did something change or is it still correct that 30 day policy works. If yes, could you please supply a link with details of this procedure? I also read Terms&Conditions but could not find it. Thank you.

    We now offer a 14 days right of withrawal, if purchased in our webshop.

    Procedure: Purchase a product, and if you do not like it, contact us within 14 days pf purchase. We will guide you through the process.
