  • VEPRO Server Crashes regularly

    Hello,

I use VEPro Server 64bit with Logic X and when working in a project everything is fine. If I leave the project for about 20mins but keep both the Logic and VEPRO Server apps running in the background and then go back to Logic I notice the VEPro Server app has crashed.

Everything is running the most recent software versions as of about a week ago and I'm running Sierra 10.12.6

    I've attached a crash log.

Thanks in advance for any help at all.

    Duane

  • Hi,

Unfortunately that crash report (Thread102 crashed) does not tell us much... We'd have to find a way to reliably reproduce this.

Please contact support@vsl.co.at, with a song that shows this behaviour (is it with every song?), and a description of your setup (Hardware, used software versions).

    Thanks,
    Paul

  • This is the same crash I'm getting in Sierra 10.12.6. Pro Tools is my DAW, but this crash happens for me even when the DAW is not launched or connected. Was there any resolution to this?

  • Hi kmamuzik,

Please send the complete crash log to support@vsl.co.at, best with a description on how to reproduce it. We will take a look.

    Best,
    Paul
