    I still can only get 1 port to work with the performance tool.
    I'm writing a review on this VSL library and I'm getting tired of asking the same questions. Maybe some one could call me with the answers to my questions. Let me know and I'll email you my phone number. You have suggested some things before that do not work with my system.

    You can open the VSL Tool 1, 2, 3 or 4 times. Simply ignore the error message and assign giga ports (1, 2, 3, 4) to each softwares. So you will be able to use it with all ports.

    sorry ravel if i missed your question, this issue has been covered in several threads. unfortunately windows shows the bad behaviour to remember the last opened midi-port and if this port does not provide multiple access (like the new hammerfall-drivers with current firmware) you'll see an error-message - as syquest said: just ignore it and select another one.
    also the presets of the performance-tool do not save the info which midi-port has been used - this will hopefully get fixed in the next version.

    and remember: only a CRAY can run an endless loop in just three seconds.

    Can you give us any indication when a 4-port version of the Performance Tool will be available? It is rather cumbersome to have to open four instances and reset the ports every time.
