No activation code after registration received

Hello,
today I registered my Syncrosoft Key (for Cubase, Halion etc.) as a Vienna Key and the registration became confirmed. Then I registered the recently purchased Vienna Instrument Appassionata Strings (serial number, Vienna website), but after pressing the Register Button I got a failure message. No activation code was given, neither directly online nor sent as an e-mail. I tried to register again and got the answer, that I had already registered the VI Appassionata Strings ( and in fact, on my account it is shown as registered). Again no activation code was sent, neither directly online nor as an e-mail.
My immediately sent e-mail to the support center was not answered up to now. I really need help, because I specially kept free this whole weekend to get into the new instrument, which is (besides the Horizon library) my first Vienna Instrument.
Who can help?

well, saturday afternoon our server is a little bit tired sometimes and also the support guys are just hanging around after the week ... [;)]

as written in my reply possibly the connection has been interrupted for a moment, but your registration was successful. also i've resent the activation code - sorry for the inconveniance

The same happened to me right now, just a scary silence. Haven´t got any Activation Code yet.
