    I'm just about to purchase VSL Orchestral Cube GIGA version. I have a G4, EXS24 Mk 2 setup and hve decided to get the GIGA version, anticipating a PC purchase in the near future where VSL will take pride of place.
    I'll convert the GIG version to EXS24 from within Logic. Is there any difference between a GIGA conversion to EXS24 and an original EXS24 purchase?
    Also, if I were to purchase a GIG version of the Performance set, convert it to EXS24,would the performance tools work with a converted GIGA instrument? If so, how well?

    i'm sorry to say yes, there is a difference. besides minor problems with the lenght of filenames and some mapping issues i have to tell you our exs mapping-team is busy for several weeks for the exs-release (that's the reason why the exs-versions always come with some delay)
