Transferring licenses between keys

It took me all of 13 minutes to make my first (of many future, I'm sure) bonehead move whilst manipulating the VIENNA KEY. Here's a confession and 2.5 questions:

I successfully downloaded 4 licenses to a key, then decided I'd rather have a different 2 licenses on that key. I attempted to REMOVE the 4 licenses from the key but was unable to choose which would be the first. All 4 were "grayed" out in the LICENSE TREE. I removed the ALL APPLICATIONS item instead! I see an icon of an open trashcan but can't confirm if my ALL APPLICATIONS items has been exiled there.

Question 1: How do I restore the ALL APPLICATIONS item to the key?

Question 2: Should I add 2 licenses to this key then transfer the first 4 when I get another key? and how do I do the transfer? (I don't expect to be avail myself of another key until after New Years Day.)

Help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

welcome kidsand,
once you have downloaded a license to a ViennaKey you can transfer them from one key to another - of course both keys have to be attached on a computer with internet access and the license control center installed (use the assistants menue).
if you have trashed the all application demo license you will be no longer able to access the extended libraries on the computer with this key attached - i would have to send you activation codes for the respective extended libraries (demo mode)

CM, I have not emptied the trash on the offended VIENNA KEY. Is there any way to restore the ALL APPLICATION DEMO LICENSE from the trash?

If not, how do I apply for replacement activation codes? (Is this better handled by email?)

i've sent you a replacement code to download a new license for the demo mode - not sure if there is away to *recover* a trashed license ... does is still show up in your trashcan and can you select it? if yes a context menu or wizard might allow to do so ... i should try this somewhen ...
