    every time i try to register with the serial number found in the box, i get a server error message (in french): impossible d'afficher la page ... HTTP 500 - Erreur interne du serveur

    P.S. i order separatly my viennaKey and registered it a few minutes before

    welcome lessert,
    could find your personal record and the registered ViennaKey - possibly the connection to our server has been interrupted. i'd ask you to close your browser window and return then to the vienna instruments registration page - after login with your registered email you should be able to register successfully.

    ouch, i just noticed there might be a problem with solo strings standard activation codes - let me know if that's what you tried to register to help you out

    In fact it is with the SOLO strings standard activation code that I have problem...
