Discount questions

My apologies if this has been covered already. Two questions about the discount calculator:

1. I did not own the older, non-VI versions of VSL. I did, however, purchase and register all 10 volumes of the VI Cube. Does this entitle me to any sort of discount on the extended versions of the Cube? Or does the discount only apply to owners of prior versions of VSL?

2. Is the only upgrade path to the extended versions through the VSL website? If not, where else would I purchase the extended versions, and would there be any difference in price?

Hello Peter,
If you don't own any of our "non-VI" sample libraries there is only one price for each of the Extended Libraries, and this is the one stated our web shop pages. You can also use the Discount Calculator to check the prices: http://vsl.co.at/en-us/211/297/167.vsl
The prices don't differ, where ever you buy the Extended Libraries, at our web shop, from our distributors or from authorized dealers.

Thanks for the clarification. For the life of me, however, I can't seem to FIND the Shop on your website. Also, the fact that I've registered as a Standard Library user is not reflected in the discount calculator -- it won't let me JUST click the extended option. So when I decide to purchase the extended library, where do I go, and will the shop "know" that I only have to pay for the extended?
