  • Syncrosoft - Discontinued version ?

    Hello,

Where can we find the discontinued versions ? it seems the 5.0.5.0 works better than the last download but can't find it.

    Thanks you !

  • Hey SyQuEsT,

I generally keep "successful" installers for a while, and I do have a copy of 5.0.5.0. If you still need it, PM me.

    cheers,

    J.

    Hi
It's true! With 5.08? I had times for loading up the VI around 6 minutes. With 5.062 ... 1'25".
    Uninstall the 5.08x version and reinstall 5.05x ... 5.062

    All the best

  • OK, i've found a version on a computer. Now, how can I erase the new drivers and install the old ? cm ?

    Thanks all

  • if you like to go back to an older version i'd recommend to ininstall the application first from system settings - software (WIN) and reboot before installing an older version again. of course no application accessing the LCC should be open when doing so.
on the mac there is nothing like an uninstaller and you had to remove all related stuff manually (on the syncrosoft websiite has been a document *how to roll back*, but i can't find it currently)

  • OK, back to 5.0.5.0 ... 1 min. 15 now ! [:)]

I think I'll wait the version 6 before any update [:P]

  • Christian,

Is VSL keeping the best version on your site for paying customers to use. Looks like the 5.0.5 is the one to have.

  • well, what is the *best version* ... experiences may vary ...
also i'm tending to be more restrictive when it comes to downloads of third-party software (basically we'd actually need some agreement on that).
the situation where we offered 5.05.x several users have been in a bad situation on a weekend, so having it online for a limited time was just intended to provide an immediate solution.

  • Thanks Christian. Understand about versions performance may 'vary' [[;)]]

I'll keep whatever I have now - cause it is working [:D]
