  • VSL tool authorization

    I've now applied for the VSL tool re-authorization twice in the past two months and gotten no answer.

    I've got a project that really needs it -- and NOBODY is responding. Who do I contact? Can somebody please give me a hand?

    HISTORY: I upgraded to the VSL instruments, but I still use the VSl tool setup with the old performance files on the 3 PCs I have in the studio -- and for some reason, when I apply for an authorization, I "too many authorizations" and that someone will contact me. Nothing.

    The problem may be (in VSL's eyes) that I've authorized the SAME computer more than three times (hard drive failure after hard drive failure -- thanks, LaCie) -- but if the computer ID is always the same, why are they being counted as different computers?

    Maybe you should check if any reply emails are blocked through a spam filter by mistake?

  • stew, indeed there seems currently to be a problem delivering email to the domain your email address belongs to from our side - i'll retry.
    you could send me the computerID you like to have activated also via PM here in the forum and i'll reply using the same method.
