I'm working on a plugin for Sibelius to do keyswitching by score analysis and I have a question about the keyswitch logic: if I send a keyswitch indicating a repeition instrument with each repeated note, will the VI play the first note in the sequence of repetition samples every time, or will the VI ignore the subsequent switches (since it's already selected the desired articulation)?
Hope the question makes sense...
Basically my plugin is entereing a keyswitch on each repeated note, and I'm just wondering whether this will prevent the repetition samples from being used. If necessary I can write a filter to avoid sending the same consecutive keyswitch, but I'm feeling lazy!
