We have purchased five copies each of five standard libraries for our university lab:
Orchestral Strings I and II
Woodwinds I and II
and Brass I
I was able to register the first set of five easily and downloaded the licenses to the Key easily.
Earlier this evening the site didn't seem to be working. Later when I carefully entered a new set of serial numbers for each of the five libraries, the access codes I received were rejected at the syncrosoft site. The message said the access codes had been previously used and could not be used to install the libraries. I did not use old access codes, but the ones that were generated on the VSL registration page when I registered the second set of instruments.
Is the problem because of multiple licenses for the same library? Do I need a separate account for each set of instruments? Or is the access code provided incorrect, perhaps because the site was down? Could it possibly be reissuing old access codes?
Please advise. We want to get this second set of licenses installed on this 2nd key, and then I have three more keys to go in this process.
On a second somewhat related issue, my student worker registered 3 of the libraries on a 3rd key on October 5, also under my name, but they do not appear in my list of registered products. I am assuming that she made some error and they were registered improperly. I did receive the email confirmation, so my email address was at least correct. How can I find where those registrations are and get them moved?
Thank you for your kind attention.
