    I went to find some percussion patches today in VI (I own the library, but only have the extended version of the STRINGS so far).

    I couldn't find the bell tree/windchimes, and I could have sworn the old VSL set had some rainsticks (maybe not).....I vaguely remember getting a warning recently that one of the sections....percussion or winds...was about to expire and I am wondering if this is what happened.

    Do the patches become invisible or something?

    At least I KNOW there were windchimes in there somewhere...

    You don't have to worry about rebuilding any matrixes but level 2 patches will not sound. So when you purchase extended library everything will be where it belongs.

    But that's not what I mean. I can't even FIND a belltree/windchime in there anymore. Is that NORMAL when the DEMO expires? The patches vanish from view?

    No

    Just to help you look. Belltree is under "Bells" while windschime is under "Percussion" -> "Chimes" and is not called windchime but "glass chimes" metal chime" and "bamboo"

    Yes they do vanish. You will not see anything that says "Level 2" once the demo expires

    Is this unique to Percussion? I'm pretty sure my L2 patches stayed after the demo expired? Atleast the number of launches (I never expired my 30 days).
