Erm ... well I don't know exactly how it works .. but with things like plugins there's usually a user preset that is self generated .. and anything you save goes into that preset, so if the VI has a folder like this .. which I think it has .. you should, if you still have your old logic application support folder, to grab it and stick that on your new MacPro. Also assuming you saved your presets.
But also I think that the VI saves stuff on it's own custom preset list .. I may be wrong about that, perhaps one of the VSL guys can jump in and correct me.
But have a look in your HD/user/library/application support/logic/plugin settings folder .. and see if you have a VI folder you can copy .. prefferably with some presets [:P]
