3 gb switch 'how to' doc

I cannot find this doc in my files or on your site. Does anyone have this. I want to set my last PC to this (sure has been wonderful having it on the other three machines.)

rob, if your computer has more than 3 GB RAM installed please make sure your hosting application can manage more than 2 GB - otherwise you might notice crashes when you exceed the 2 GB border of used memory (for user space).
