    When I try to run the installation app, it will not open. I have Mac OS 10.4.2. which I run on A G5 2.0. I have no clue what to do about this. I belive I have followed the instructions, but the app will not open.

    Why is the installer vers. 1.03 not on the vienna instruments software updates?

    Hello Anselm,

    and welcome!

    Please make sure to download the latest VI Software from your user area.

    From v 1.03 on the Library Installer is automatically installed in your "Applications" folder.

    When you run the Library Installer, locate "package.info" on the first DVD of your collection.

    Hope this helps. If you are experiencing problems although you are following this procedure, please include a detailed description of what is happening.
