    I just received the Harps VI, and wanted to register it right away, and get it on activated on my Vienna key right away.

    But at the registration page, after I type in the first three characters, I'm told the first letter is not valid.

    It is clearly the letter "V"... no mistaking it.

    Now what?

    jaimo, are you sure you are using the Vienna Instruments Registration page and not the Sample Library Registration?
    if you have not registered a ViennaKey so far, you will be redirected to this page first though

    I believe I'm an idiot. Yes, I was at the wrong page... don't know how I overlooked that! I'm going there now.

    Yes, I do have a Vienna key already up and running, so hopefully this will go along quickly.
