Cant Install

If i double click on the Library installer ist sayes: the following librarys needs to be installed:

Player

and so on...

How do i get arround this?

first i tried to install it on the orginal pc, there i get a MS Visual C++ Runtime Error after a while sometimes on the first DVD and sometimes on the 2.
Then i installed the 1.06 Installer on a another PC and the the Syncrosoft Installer at the latest version.

So, what should i do?

I find no registered products in your profile, only First Edition, Pro Edition and Horizon Chamber Strings....

The registration went well and all the downloads of the licenses have worked? Please send me an email with the name you registered your products on...

And once again: You went through every step of the Register&Install Video and the Installation of the content is the point where you are stuck, correct?
