    I was wondering if it will be possible to purchase individual Vienna Instruments at any point. I am working on a flute piece and would love to be able to purchase just the full extended flute without having to buy the entire woodwinds collection. This would make it easier for those of us that can only budget a small amount of cash at a time.

    You can purchase one entire volume at a time, but woodwind 1 would include the flutes, clarinets, some oboes, and bassons plus ensembles, etc. You can't get just flutes to the best of my knowledge.

    You *can* buy extended instruments one at a time, but you must have purchased the corresponding standard collection first.
