I bought and have been using the full symphonic cube extended edition and now the solo strings have disappeared. I checked to see if they were registered and they as well as chamber strings don't seem to be on the registration page (I thought I had registered them ) and when I try to register them it says that the numbers are in use by another user.

you´re correct, there´s no registration for neither Solo Strings nor Chamber Strings on your account.
Please write an email regarding this (including your Serial Numbers) to support@vsl.co.at, so that we can look into it.
