Not only does the VI not update (say when you play a keyswitch in) until you click back to Nuendo then back to the VI), but the server interface doesn't work either. You can save a preset called "Legato FL' and it will appear there, but next time you open the VST INSTRUMENTS WINDOW the VI will just say "Default" in the server interface, even though the Legato FL is still loaded.
Also, I don't know if this is a Nuendo thing, or a VI thing, but the list of available outputs for MIDI Channels should say, for instance:
1 VST 1
2 VST 2
3 STYLUS
4 ATMOSPHERE
5 VST 3
And so on. Instead, it looks like this:
1 VST 1
2 VST 2
3 STYLUS
4 ATMOSPHERE
5 VST 2 (again)
For no apparent reason it begins repeating already used VST outputs even though the ACTUAL outputs are correct. Boy is this hard to explain.
Anyway, I hope the team will look at the VST of VI on the Mac closely with Nuendo/Cubase because there is definitely something going on....
Thanks
Tom
