Hello Christian

A quick mail to thank you for your help with my licensing problems.

Everything has now been loaded, and I am ready to start my symphonic cube adventures!

I am a member of a number of support forums, and I can categorically say that the BEST support by a mile is from VSL. No matter how difficult a situation is, if one feels that there is an effort being made to achieve a solution, then its so much easier to put up with the disruption.

I suppose this is apparent from me in that I have gone First Edition/Pro Edition and now Symphonic Cube with VSL - and have been very happy all along the way.

[PS - yes Christian, there was a third key....but because it was on a different computer, I didn't think it was relevant to my current problem.

thank you for your kind words ... but this intensity of support would not be possible without having massive subsidy from paul, maya, marnix and the whole team if needed, allowing to spend some time on more tricky cases (well, this protection stuff is also pretty new for us too).

it seems most among our users are understanding why VSL had to go the route using copy protection and we will do our best to remove this touch of bad smell arising sometimes with copy protection if problems arise (as they can arise everywhere where computers are involved)
