A quick mail to thank you for your help with my licensing problems.
Everything has now been loaded, and I am ready to start my symphonic cube adventures!
I am a member of a number of support forums, and I can categorically say that the BEST support by a mile is from VSL. No matter how difficult a situation is, if one feels that there is an effort being made to achieve a solution, then its so much easier to put up with the disruption.
I suppose this is apparent from me in that I have gone First Edition/Pro Edition and now Symphonic Cube with VSL - and have been very happy all along the way.

[PS - yes Christian, there was a third key....but because it was on a different computer, I didn't think it was relevant to my current problem.
