    I have installed the complete Vienna Instruments Libraries but the final folder where I have installed all the libraries on is only 375.85 GB, whereby the website claims over 550 GB when fully installed. My next concern when I look inside the folder & once it is arranged by name, there are a number of sequenced folders missing: 05-09, 15-19, 25-27, 29, 30, 48-50, 67-79.

    I completed the entire install with the most recent software installer (PPC 1.06b) and Syncrosoft drivers (5.0.2.4) on my Mac G5 Dual 2.5 w/ 6 Gig Ram installed onto an external terabyte drive and the install said it completed without a problem. I have not yet delved into the application just yet as I just spent the last few days installing this software, but I am curious if I, or my software, might be missing something here?

    These files are compressed and are de-compressed on the fly. However I have no idea what the correct size should be.

    Hello David,

    that is the correct size of the library (the compression rate is 24:16, or better: 3:2), no worries here.

    Wonderful guys, thank you for the information. I'm still curious what the sequences on the file folders is in reference to & why there might be gaps between several of them?
