  • Another great performance, Beat!
    Bravo! Bis!

  • JSB in rock - great pleasure to listen to [:D] christian

and remember: only a CRAY can run an endless loop in just three seconds.
  • Beet,
once again an excellent rendition. (The concert)
I'm particularly taken with the trumpet forte work, strong and tone laden but with control, and certainly indicative of the tonal imagery of the era in which this was written. Your work with dynamics continues to impress as well.

    My respects and regards,

    Alex.

Thank you for your praising words.
    It was a pleasure.

Within hours you are able to play English Horn, Wagner Tuba or what ever in such an astonishing and real way with this VIs that I don't understand why I needed more than 30 years to play my autentic violin still like a beginner.

    Thank you to the VSL-Crew!

    All the best

  • Hi Beat,

Nice work as always. The strings in the second 2/3rds are particularly strong. The double bass is exceptional. I also like what Altiverb is doing for the drums.

In the first third there may be a few places where the foreground trumpets might benefit from a touch more "air." When I listen on headphones they are right in my face. But this a subjective and stylistic matter and others will probably disagree.

    Again I enjoyed listening!

    Best wishes,
    Jay

Thank you for your constructive feedback. Today - as I listened to this piece in the car - I had
the same impression like you wrote above: The Piccolo Trumpet and the Ratscha... are to close.
With Altiverb no problem: I'll catch "the speakers" and shift them backwards... voilà
