    Friends,
    I am having problems with the discount calculator concerning the VI extended sounds. I have logged into the system and the system has checked off the libraries I own. I have tried to check off the extended square for the strings but it is grayed out. Could someone please instruct me on how to purchase the extended library for VI (all or some) so I can then download the new Appassionata violins. The calculator is giving me an incorrect price ( i think)

    sorry mike - the calculator needs an update (to recognize your already registered collections) this is what you'd expect to see in the calculator and this is what you will see in your basket if you start here on the productpage and login (to see your price) and add all extended libraries you like to your basket

    All you need to do is log in, then go to the item you wish to buy (not the discount area) and click on buy under the extended library. If all your products are registered it will then show you the correct price and items you are needing to buy.
    An example...I own the WW1 standard and a few other Horizon products. I wanted the Extended WW1. I logged in...clicked on buy under the Extended product and presto there was my correct discount and registered products.
    Make sure all your stuff is registered first.

    O.K. Sorry for being a pain on this subject but I finally was able to check the box next to extended (Buy) in the calculator (sometimes it lets me do it. ) I tried this on a PC and a MAC. This calculator does not function proper for me.

    NOW how do I let the basket know what I want?? I did click on the basket on top, but nothing is their in my basket. I don't see any button near the calculator that directs me or enters the amount to the basket. How do I get the amount in the basket?

    I have tried and tried and tried to get the discount calculator to work.... it does not... It simply will not let me check the boxes next to the extended library. I have tried this on 3 computers, 2 pcs and one MAC. I have tried it on Explorer and Safari. I can check any of the other boxes, the extended boxes are grayed out. I can log into my account and it will show my libraries but I just can't check the extended boxes. Sometimes, if I check the other boxes and press calculate, it will function temporarily. Then how do I get this order into the basket??? assuming of course that I can get it to work. Please instruct on what to do.....

    as mentioned above .. the calculator needs an update .. this might still take a few days - sorry.
    if you start from the respective product-page(s) you can see the prices in the basket though ...

    I thought you meant that the calculator needs to be updated (recalculated) after your check off the items. My misunderstanding, I apologize. .... I will give it another try later this week.
