Question About Repitition VI Patches

I somehow got the impression that the new VI took care of repititions automatically, but I see there are still numerous patches with BPM markings next to them.

So my question is...if you are playing a passage that has something like an 8th note followed by two 16ths notes over and over on the same note, where does one go to best handle this kind of thing?

Hi Tom,

you can make use of the "Speed" feature, there are also preconfigured matrices that switch from slower to faster repetitions depending on your playing speed. All these matrices have the extension "-Speed" and can be found in the "Level 2 C Repetitions" Folder.

You can of course also use keyswitches to switch accordingly...
