    Hello,
    I just tried to order the extended for Woodwinds 1. (That I own). After getting to the verify credit card page a blank page came up.
    What happened? There is no way to tell if this went through. Does the site not work?
    How should I order this?
    I want to get the extended before the deadline is up on the demo.

    It did not go through. This happned to me as well. Wait a sec and CM (Christian Marin) will be here in no time [:)]

    sorry for the inconveniance, jamie ...
    unfortunately it turned up during the last weeks that especially creditcards rolled out for the *verified for VISA* program receive blank pages during the process. neither we nor our payment provider have been able to track down the problem so far. it seems some creditcards are forwarded to bank-specific page and stuck there ...
    anyway - you can either fax your creditcardnumber to our office to process everything back-office (an email with details follows) or call/email ILIO for an extended license
