    as written I first downloaded & installed the syncrosoft control center. trying to install the VI software they say : please install syncrosoft license cc first......
    what can I do??

    Please give us a little more information about your system!
    Are you, by any chance, working on a Mac using OS 10.3.9 or below?

    Please note that the minimum requirements for the Vienna Instruments would be MacOS 10.4.x
